To fully experience the Gathering of the Fellowship, we recommend the following:

Check-in	June 30 to take advantage of Early Registration on the Friday and avoid long queues on Saturday morning
Check-out	July 5 (if you're attending the Movie Marathon)
	July 4 (if you're NOT attending the Movie Marathon)

Please remember that we rely on filling our contracted room block at the hotel in order to ensure the rental of our required space!

Please note: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All guests will be asked upon check-in to confirm their departure date. Guests that elect to depart prior to their departure date will be charged an early departure fee of $50.00 CAD plus taxes. Guests have until 11pm the day of arrival to confirm their departure date and thereby avoid any early departure fee charges. When booking rooms please specify the number of parties and how many beds required. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is prior to 12 NOON. Guest room rates are subject to 5% Provincial Sales Tax and 7% Goods and Services Tax ( GST ).
