Schedule updated June 5th, 2006.

Here is the current schedule of programming
for the Gathering of the Fellowship convention.

Please note that this schedule is ever changing as we add new sessions, accommodate guest schedules, and make timing adjustments. It is the nature of these kinds of events that sometimes changes are made at the very last minute, so you should use the information provided here as a general guide only to planning your Gathering experience.

The most common complaint we receive is NOT that there is nothing to do, but that there is TOO MUCH to see and not enough time to see it all. Invariably you will find that some of the programming sessions you wish to attend are scheduled in conflict, or at times when you are unavailable. Another common occurance—which we can not always avoid—is that popular sessions fill up quickly, leaving you unable to attend. We have tried our best to work these kinds of concerns into the timing and room sizes, but there are always surprises. The best approach is to prioritize the programming according to your tastes and preferences, look out for repeated sessions (there are a handful of these), and arrive as early as possible to the rooms. Familiarize yourself with the locations (floor plans and maps will be provided) and you should have minimal difficulties.

If you have any comments or questions, please direct them to:
programming@gatheringofthefellowship.org.

Please know that we have worked VERY HARD on this schedule, and that we can not accommodate individual requests for programming changes. We do appreciate your feedback, however!
~Anthony S. Burdge & Jessica Burke

Please note that the following sessions require you to RSVP. If you wish to attend them, let us know as soon as possible, for space is limited, and first come will be first served.
WORKSHOP: Tinco, Parma, Calma: The Basics of Writing in Tengwar
